Some guests rented two rooms to accommodate their children and were placed in the older section of the hotel. Despite this, they still enjoyed their stay and felt it was a wonderful place for families. One guest had two infants while another had two small boys and they both found the hotel to be a good option. However, one guest found the parking far and had to valet their car with two children and luggage. The pool, though too small for some families, was a highlight for others with one guest saying 80% of the reason they stayed at the hotel was for the pool. The hotel's location across from the ballpark was also a hit with guests, including a son and daughter-in-law who had a blast with their young daughter. The hotel is suitable for both corporate and family stays. On the downside, one guest complained that their grandson couldn't even swim in the pool. Another guest noted that there was a middle school sports competition during their stay and there were many unsupervised pre-teen kids in the hotel. However, guests can take advantage of the hotel's location and take a short walk to the Arch in the morning for a tram ride.
