Housekeeping staff also contribute positively with their very friendly interactions, enhancing guests' experiences despite a few mentions of room for improvement regarding disturbances and management attitude.
In terms of cleanliness, Sonesta Simply Suites Lansing offers tranquility and tidy rooms for some guests, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. However, there are inconsistent reports concerning overall hygiene, with issues such as odors, stained floorings, and neglected bathroom maintenance cited by some visitors.
