The Kooralbyn Valley's pool area receives mixed feedback from guests. While many visitors appreciate the variety and size of the pools, which seem to be a hit with families and children, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area raise significant concerns. Guests frequently describe the pool facilities as dated and in need of a serious clean with some even encountering murky water and glass fragments in the pool. Positive remarks highlight the pool's suitability for hot days and its potential to be a great family spot, though the recurring issues with dirt and maintenance detract from the overall experience. Despite the evident potential and enjoyment for some, the need for improved upkeep is a common theme among reviewers.
