Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Hope Harbour Hotel Apartments features an outdoor pool area that receives mixed feedback from guests. Positively, the pool itself is often described as nice and very appealing for families and children with a lovely poolside café adding to the convenience. The hotel offers two pools with one unfortunately out of order during some stays. Guests also enjoy the amazing views and location, especially the poolside that opens up to scenic canals.
However, several reviews highlight issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests encountered dirty pool areas with floating debris and malfunctioning gates. Noise can also be a problem, especially at night with staff reportedly unable to control loud teenagers jumping into the pool. Additionally, there were mentions of a generally tired building and occasional unpleasant smells. Despite the promise of enjoyable poolside relaxation, these maintenance and noise issues detract from the overall experience.
