Despite its small size, some visitors found it to be a decent addition to the hotel’s amenities with a few even describing it as amazing. The pool being open was also noted as a positive aspect and some families mentioned that their children enjoyed using it.
However, there were several consistent criticisms regarding the pool's maintenance and condition. Many reviews mentioned that the water was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable for use, particularly for kids. Issues such as the pool area being slippery, the presence of garbage and a need for better maintenance were also highlighted. Additionally, guests noted the lack of proper supervision and insufficient lighting in the pool area.
Strict pool rules, including the closure of the pool after 10 pm, along with the absence of towels, further contributed to a mixed experience for visitors.
