The Royal Collection Savassi offers a trendy atmosphere complemented by luxurious services. Guests have noted the hotel’s attention to detail, particularly in the rooms which, although not overly extravagant, provide a sense of comfort and quality. The service is highly efficient and maintains high standards, contributing to an overall positive experience. The location is also a key highlight, making it convenient for visitors. Summary of reviews related to the 'Luxury' category
Summarized by AI
Ouro Minas Hotel Belo Horizonte, Dolce by Wyndham, is renowned in Belo Horizonte for its luxurious ambiance and five-star status. Guests often highlight the lavish decor and luxurious setting of the hotel. The rooms are particularly noted for their size and comfort with many describing them as generously spacious and well-appointed with great beds, ensuring a restful stay. The restaurant and breakfast offerings receive high praise, featuring an extensive menu that satisfies a variety of tastes.
Despite its glamorous reputation, some areas of the hotel show signs of aging and could benefit from an update to maintain its luxury standards. The leisure facilities, particularly the pool, were a point of contention for some guests, being described as outdated, shallow and not matching the advertised photos. Cleanliness also occasionally fell short of expectations with some guests experiencing delays in room readiness.
Overall, the hotel achieves a level of luxury that many rate highly, making it one of the best accommodations in BH, but there's room for improvement to fully align with its five-star promise.
