The ibis budget Marne la Vallée Bry sur Marne is strategically located, making it an ideal accommodation choice for both leisure and business travelers. Its position between Paris and Disneyland, coupled with convenient access to the RER station, allows for easy exploration of both iconic destinations. Guests appreciate the tranquil surroundings and proximity to various amenities like shops, restaurants and a shopping center.
The hotel's breakfast receives positive feedback for its hearty, varied offerings and excellent value for money. Guests enjoy the pleasant breakfast area with both indoor and outdoor seating options and commend the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining space. Despite occasional remarks on the need for more variety and timely replenishment, the overall breakfast experience is deemed satisfactory.
While reviews on the rooms are mixed, some guests find them adequately clean and comfortable for short stays, benefiting from modern furnishings in some cases. However, several rooms show signs of wear and tear with inconsistent cleanliness and issues like unpleasant odors and noise disturbances. Basic amenities are often lacking, making the rooms more suitable for quick, budget-friendly stops rather than extended stays.
Cleanliness is a recurring concern with many guests reporting issues in bathrooms and rooms, including mold, hair and unpleasant odors. Although some positive experiences are noted, a general consensus points to the need for better cleaning protocols.
The staff at the hotel receive numerous accolades for their friendliness and professionalism. Guests often highlight the positive reception experience and the helpful, accommodating nature of the team. Despite occasional comments about limited staff presence during evenings and isolated instances of unprofessional behavior, the overall service is highly regarded.
The free wifi is generally praised for its reliability and strong connection, contributing to a satisfactory stay for most guests. Some conflicting remarks about its availability do exist but are relatively few.
Parking is well-appreciated for its ample, secure and free options, enhancing convenience for travelers especially those visiting nearby Eurodisney. The parking area's secure structure and easy accessibility add to the overall positive experience.
For families, the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and Paris is a distinct advantage. Although the environment is welcoming and the staff accommodating, areas such as room size, cleanliness and amenities need improvement to better cater to families.
The comfort of the beds is one of the most variable aspects with significant complaints about hard and uncomfortable mattresses and inadequate bedding. Some guests do find the beds acceptable, but overall consistency in comfort is lacking.
Accessibility receives commendable feedback, especially regarding the hotel's connection to public transport and its accessible parking. However, improvements are needed in providing facilities for those with mobility issues, such as elevators and ramps.
In summary, ibis budget Marne la Vallée Bry sur Marne offers a strategically convenient and budget-friendly stay with a calm environment, proficient staff and good breakfast options. While room conditions and cleanliness need attention, the hotel's strategic location and value for money remain its strongest attributes.
