Guests who stayed in the Shanti villa were impressed and found the room to be more than adequate. The furniture was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked. The spacious and luxurious two-level villa/loft had an amazing view of the ocean. Even the small kitchen and Webber bbq had more than enough utensils and supplies with thoughtful touches. Privacy is also ensured in this room, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and secluded stay. The house is great and well-equipped, including private beach access. The location is perfect and the facilities provided are amazing, adding to an already wonderful experience. However, note that some rooms and bathrooms may be in need of an upgrade and one or two reviews indicated cramped internal spaces.

The villa is very clean and well maintained, offering amazing amenities that make for an unforgettable experience. Although there isn't daily housekeeping, the management does their best to keep the place impromptu clean whenever possible. While some guests found the carpet in the Lounge to be a bit smelly and the floors to be too sandy on arrival, the majority of guests found the villa to be clean and beautiful. The railings were dusty but other than that, the house was very clean and well-kept. Overall, the cleanliness of Shambhala @ Byron was not a huge issue and did not detract from the enjoyment of the stay.
