If you're looking for a large and spacious swimming pool, the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel may not be for you. Reviews from past guests indicate that the pool here is quite small and can only accommodate up to 10 people at a time, which requires booking per hour. However, what it lacks in size, it makes up for in quality. Many guests have highlighted that the indoor and heated pool is a perfect spot to take a dip during colder months. Just be aware that the pool hours can be limited, so plan accordingly. Additionally, some past visitors have noted that the jacuzzi option in the spa wasn't functioning properly during their stay. But, for those looking for a stunning view, the rooftop pool area is said to be fantastic. Finally, if you like to keep up with your fitness routine, the hotel also offers inscription for access to the gym and pool facilities.

The Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company offers an indoor heated pool that guests generally find clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. However, the pool's size and temperature are points of frequent criticism. Many reviews mention that the pool is quite small, sometimes only accommodating two people swimming at once, which can be limiting during busy periods. Several guests found the pool temperature to be on the colder side, which detracted from their overall swimming experience.
While some appreciate the pleasant pool area and the addition of a sauna, others were disappointed by the additional cost to use the pool facilities. The COVID-19 closures also seemed to be an issue for some guests, leaving them unable to enjoy the pool during their stay. Despite these drawbacks, the well-maintained and secure pool does have its admirers who find it to be a nice and relaxing amenity when open and accessible.

The pools at Vila Gale Opera Hotel receive mixed reviews from guests, yet there are notable positive aspects worth mentioning. Guests appreciate the heated, indoor pool for its warm and pleasant temperature, which is well-maintained and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop pool garners praise for being a highlight, particularly due to its spectacular views, though some reviews indicate it requires better maintenance.
The location of the hotel with its proximity to the Tagus River and the LX Factory district, adds to the overall appeal of the pool area. Cleanliness is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, contributing to a pleasant swimming experience. Many guests find the pool areas relaxing and well-organized, despite noting that the pools are smaller than they appear in photos and can become crowded.
For those planning a visit, it is important to note that swim caps are mandatory at the indoor pool and can be purchased for a fee. The pools have specific opening times, which some guests find restrictive and there have been occasional closures, such as on New Year's Day. Overall, while there is room for improvement in terms of size and maintenance, the pools at Vila Gale Opera offer a fun and relaxing setting for a swim.

The Memmo Alfama Hotel, located in the heart of Lisbon, boasts an outdoor pool on its lovely roof terrace. While guests loved the pool's design, many wished it was heated and bigger. Additionally, some felt that there wasn't enough space around the pool to relax after a day of sightseeing. Despite this, the pool and relaxation area were seen as a welcome addition to the city with great views of the area. While the pool was more for design purposes and better suited for lounging or a quick dip, guests still enjoyed the lovely spot to relax and have lunch. Some felt that the pool was too small and not very intimate, as it was surrounded by the bar and restaurant tables. Nonetheless, the rooftop pool with its gorgeous decor and panoramic views of the city and sea were a highlight for many visitors and a rare find in Lisbon. The hotel pool menu could use some work, according to some reviews. All in all, the Memmo Alfama Hotel is a great option for those looking for a charming and well-located boutique hotel with a wonderful pool and terrace.

The pool at Apartments Pateo - Lisbon Lounge Suites receives consistent praise from guests, particularly for its lovely ambiance and great views of the city. Set in green surroundings, the outdoor pool area offers a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing with many highlighting its cleanliness and well-maintained state. The garden and pool together provide a serene environment that is especially appreciated during warm weather.
However, there are a few caveats. The pool is located in a separate building, requiring a short walk which some found inconvenient. Additionally, the water tends to be cold and unheated, making it less suitable for winter use, although some guests still found it refreshing. While the pool’s dark floor and walls gave it an ornamental look to some, others enjoyed its aesthetic appeal.
Despite some remarks about the pool being somewhat dirty at times or small in size, the overall consensus is that it is a delightful feature, especially valued for its beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. The attentive staff and availability of towels enhance the experience, making it a pleasant addition to the stay at this hotel.

Nestled in the heart of Lisbon, Convent Square Hotel offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities, including an indoor pool. The pool, although notably small, adds a touch of luxury and is a surprising feature given the vintage style of the property. Its petite size might limit swimming but complements the hotel’s cozy ambiance. Guests appreciate the thoughtful design of the wellness center where the pool is housed, but some have noted that it tends to be a bit chilly and could benefit from extended hours. While it may not be ideal for those looking to swim laps, the pool provides a refreshing plunge, especially with its positioning that allows for enjoyable views.
