The location is superb with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The rooms are great with solid brick walls providing virtually zero sound transmission between rooms which is perfect for families with noisy kids. Although some guests believed it to be a 3-star hotel, most enjoyed their stay immensely with many describing it as amazing, wonderful and exceptional. The valets were courteous, prompt and friendly. While some people experienced customer service issues with the front desk, the overall experience and stay were great. However, some guests found the hotel to be too expensive overall and a few mentioned there was room for improvement to match the standards of a four-star hotel. Despite the minor issues, most of the guests enjoyed their stay and would come back again.

The suites are very nice and clean with excellent comfort and service that is hard to beat. The hotel is also dog friendly, which is great for pet owners. It is located in a wonderful and very clean city with a 10-minute walk to the river. Overall, it is a great place to stay in despite some reviews saying that the price is too high for the quality of experience. The hotel does need some updating, but still, it is a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely return.

Though some guests thought the hotel was too expensive for the services offered, they felt it was still better than a Holliday Inn.
