The Puro Dão Hotel & Spa boasts an array of beautiful pool facilities that guests widely appreciate. The pools are a mix of indoor and outdoor options, offering a unique and relaxing environment. Many highlight the exceptional design where the indoor pool seamlessly connects to the outdoor pool, providing a spectacular swimming experience with phenomenal water temperatures, though some guests noted the heated water wasn't always as warm as advertised.
The pools are maintained in great condition and provide a restful, calm and quiet atmosphere, highly suitable for unwinding. The indoor heated pool is especially praised for being fantastic and remains at an incredible temperature. The settings are enhanced by lovely pool areas, including beautiful views and charming, though somewhat uncomfortable, wooden pool chairs. Guests also find the pool and surrounding spa areas to be very pleasant and enjoy the infinity pool for its divine experience.
However, some feedback mentions the pool size as somewhat small for the hotel's capacity and a few instances where the pool water seemed cold, possibly due to the connection between indoor and outdoor sections. Despite these minor issues, the pool areas remain a prime spot for relaxation, loved for their beauty and the tranquil environment they provide.
