The small but lovely swimming pool and hot tub have been a relaxing and unwinding spot for many. Guests loved the pool atmosphere and thought it was the perfect place to go to in Providence. Although a few guests mentioned the pool is smaller than anticipated, the state of the pool flooring and tile was perfect. The pool area was also found peaceful by a few guests. Some had booked the hotel for the pool and whirlpool, but unfortunately, the whirlpool was down for maintenance and the pool could have been a little nicer according to some guests. Despite this, some guests found the pool amazing and appreciated the fact that it was an indoor and heated pool. The location of the hotel, along with its updated amenities, including the pool and gym, have been a plus point. However, a few guests mentioned that being connected to the Dunkin Center brings in rowdy guests and the non-working hot tub was a drawback. Overall, the pool and hot tub have been a bonus for guests who wanted to relax and unwind at the hotel.
