The rooms and swimming pools have an excellent style, especially the open-air pools, which are delicious and spacious with a perfect temperature. The natural thermal lake is a stunning spectacle and taking a bath under the stars is enchanting. The thermal water is fantastic and is said to be among the best in the area with excellent services. The staff is welcoming, courteous and competent, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there are a few downsides, such as the excessive chlorine in the Thermarium and a bit of negligence in assigning poolside lounges. Also, some guests found the price of €23 per person for sauna, steam bath and bubble shower plus the thermal pool a bit too high. Nevertheless, the magic of the place compensates for these few flaws and the experience is simply amazing.
