The staff is welcoming, courteous and competent, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there are a few downsides, such as the excessive chlorine in the Thermarium and a bit of negligence in assigning poolside lounges. Also, some guests found the price of €23 per person for sauna, steam bath and bubble shower plus the thermal pool a bit too high. Nevertheless, the magic of the place compensates for these few flaws and the experience is simply amazing.
