Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Lam Hotel Estarreja offers both indoor and outdoor pools, providing guests with multiple options for swimming and relaxation. The pools are generally described as spacious and conducive to social activities with some even highlighting the inclusion of a heated indoor pool and a pool associated with gym facilities.
However, many reviews indicate a need for significant maintenance and cleaning. Issues such as dirty pool water, construction debris and closed facilities were frequently mentioned, detracting from an otherwise positive pool environment. The indoor pool, while warm and part of the spa experience, is often noted to be too small for the hotel's size and occasionally dirty with excessive chlorine.
The outdoor pool, although large and situated in pleasant surroundings, also requires attention with reports of green water and neglect. Some guests were disappointed by the lack of towels and the closure of the pool bar. Despite these issues, on cleaner and well-maintained days, the pool area is described as enjoyable and calm, offering good activities and a serene escape.
In summary, while the pool facilities at Lam Hotel Estarreja have the potential to enhance a guest's stay, consistent maintenance and cleanliness improvements are necessary to fully realize this potential.
