Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Many guests have shared their experiences at the Best Western Plus Hotel Canet-Plage, often highlighting both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the hotel is praised for keeping its promises and meeting expectations of a four-star rating with several guests affirming its quality and worthiness of the rating. The location of the hotel is frequently mentioned as ideal, which adds significant value to the experience, especially due to its proximity to the sea.
However, there are also criticisms that cannot be overlooked. Several reviews point out the small size of the rooms, which many feel are not adequate for a four-star hotel, especially in relation to their cost. The lack of certain amenities such as a pool and a relaxation area has also been a point of contention, leaving some guests feeling that the range of services provided is insufficient for a hotel of this caliber. Furthermore, some guests mentioned that the hotel is undergoing renovation and may not meet four-star standards during this period.
Overall, while the location and attentive staff are strong points, the facilities and room sizes have led some guests to feel that a three-star rating might be more appropriate.
