The Axis Porto Business & Spa Hotel offers an indoor pool that garners mixed reviews, though it certainly has its perks. Many guests appreciate the inventive features of the pool, particularly the dynamic water jets, which some have praised as the best they have ever experienced. The pool is described as wonderful and interesting, albeit on the smaller side. However, there are remarks regarding the temperature of the water with a few guests noting that it can be lukewarm or cold, which detracts from the experience.
Unfortunately, the hotel's indoor pool is not included in the room rate, leading to additional costs that some find prohibitive. Guests need to pay 5€ per hour to use the pool with an additional cost for slippers, which might not align with everyone's expectations given the overall price of the stay. Despite these extra charges, the pool area, along with the spa facilities, is generally considered clean and adequate for a relaxing experience. Overall, while the indoor pool offers unique features and can enhance a stay, potential guests should be prepared for the additional costs involved.
