Best Western Moreno Hotel & Suites enjoys positive reviews, especially for its convenient location and friendly staff. Nestled near the 60 freeway, the hotel is strategically positioned for easy access to dining options and essential services, contributing to a stress-free experience. Its placement at the end of a cul-de-sac ensures a tranquil environment despite its proximity to major thoroughfares, making it a favored choice for leisure and family visitors.
Guests express satisfaction with the breakfast offerings, which feature a variety of hot and cold dishes accompanied by excellent coffee. The friendly and attentive breakfast staff, particularly Rosa, receive commendations for ensuring a smooth service. Minor inconveniences like wait times for the waffle machine are occasionally noted, but the breakfast is generally seen as a valuable and enjoyable part of the stay.
The rooms are appreciated for their cleanliness and spaciousness, providing comfort with amenities like refrigerators and microwaves. While some guests experience noise issues and minor maintenance concerns, the overall perception remains positive due to the accommodating hotel staff and convenient facilities like a clean hot tub and pool.
The hotel's cleanliness is widely praised, with many guests noting the high standard maintained throughout the premises. The staff, including Brianna at the front desk, are frequently commended for their professional service and warmth, which significantly enhances the visitor experience.
The hotel's beds receive mixed reviews. While some guests find them comfortable and cozy, others point to issues with firmness and maintenance, including unpleasant mattress conditions. Despite these mixed reactions, the hotel manages to provide a satisfactory and valuable experience to many of its guests through its comfort and convenience, underscored by the positive interactions with the staff.
