With a great staff, beautiful and healthy food for kids and adults and special details like leaving bedtime stories for young children in their rooms, this hotel is sure to please. The kids club is a hit and the hotel overall is very welcoming to families. While there were some complaints about noisy and misbehaving children at meal times, the mixture of guests, including older and younger people, made for a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel provides accommodating features such as a playroom for kids, the option for transportation services for young families and even small gifts and treats for both adults and children. Although some rooms may be deemed too small, the overall experience is incredibly cozy and comfortable for all.
