Hotel Ca' Di Valle presents itself as a 4-star establishment, but guest reviews suggest that it operates more like a 3-star venue. While the staff are highly praised, described as five-star in their service, the facilities and amenities fall short of the expectations set by its advertised rating. Many reviews highlight that the bathrooms are too small and lacking the luxury that should characterize a 4-star hotel. The rooms are also noted to be budget-tier, aligning more with a 2-star rating. Overall, while the service excels, the hotel requires significant upgrades and attention to detail to meet the standards of its 4-star classification.
