The pool at Land Express Neuquén receives a mix of reviews from guests, highlighting both positive aspects and areas for improvement. On the plus side, many guests appreciate the pool's pleasant temperature, especially when heated, which provides a relaxing experience and is considered a rare feature in Argentina. Some reviews describe the pool as spectacular, ideal for unwinding after a journey, and a noteworthy amenity along with the gym and breakfast, making it a compelling choice for travelers. The pool is frequently associated with a high level of comfort and contributes to guests' overall satisfaction during their stay.
However, consistency issues with the pool have been noted, as some guests found the pool not heated despite expectations or encountered it out of service due to maintenance. Additionally, a few reviews point out concerns about cleanliness and maintenance, indicating that the pool and its surrounding area could benefit from better upkeep and lighting. Despite these occasional setbacks, many guests still find the pool an attractive feature, expressing plans to return and enjoy it again. Overall, while the pool may not be flawless, it serves as a pleasing addition to the hotel's offerings, rounding out an otherwise comfortable and convenient stay.
