Mavroforos Hotel is a charming and old-fashioned budget hotel with a prime location in Agios Nikolaos. Guests rave about the convenient location, just a few meters from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Almyros beach with stores and restaurants just a few minutes away. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, some with spacious balconies and kitchenettes and the staff is incredibly friendly, kind and always ready to help. The hotel's central location, value for money and well-equipped rooms were also noted positively. The view of the beach from the hotel rooms is simply stunning and guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Although some guests found the facilities to be slightly outdated, overall the rooms were found to be basic but functional and well-equipped. The hotel is an ideal base from which to explore the town and its many sights or soak up the sun on one of the city's most famous beaches.
