Eurostars Los Agustinos offers a blend of historic charm and modern accommodation, often highlighted for its beautiful and wonderful setting. The building itself serves as the main attraction, exuding a unique and aesthetically pleasing ambiance suitable for a four-star establishment. However, many guests have pointed out that the hotel falls short of four-star standards in terms of services and facilities. Several reviews mention that while it carries a four-star rating, the service lacked the quality expected from such a category and the amenities appeared outdated.
Despite being priced and rated as a four-star hotel, the general consensus indicates that the experience does not always align with this rating. The quality-price ratio has been dubbed as poor by some and the overall accommodation quality did not meet four-star expectations. Although set in a magnificent location, the inadequacies in maintaining the standards have been a point of contention. Nevertheless, for those drawn by its historical allure and picturesque setting, Eurostars Los Agustinos retains a distinct charm that might appeal to travelers seeking something unique, albeit not entirely up to the luxury or service levels expected from a four-star hotel.

Nestled along a scenic river, Palacio Tondón in La Rioja Brinas offers a delightful breakfast with spectacular views. The hotel boasts beautiful and immaculately clean facilities, reflecting its recent renovation. However, some guests note inconsistencies in service and mention that certain experiences fall short of four-star expectations. The bar menu and terrace service could use clearer guidance, which sometimes affects the overall service quality. While the hotel holds appeal for visitors, there are mixed opinions regarding its value compared to other options in the area.
