Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
QTEN CASINO is situated in a prime location that guests frequently commend for its convenience and tranquil surroundings. The casino provides easy accessibility to local attractions, particularly the Golden Horse Casino, making it an ideal spot for both leisure and business travelers.
The staff at QTEN CASINO earn high praise for their friendliness and commitment to creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere. Visitors consistently highlight the staff’s helpfulness and remarkable hospitality, which greatly enhances the guest experience.
While there are positive notes about the welcoming service and convenient location, the hotel experiences mixed reviews concerning room conditions and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the basic amenities such as fridges and TVs, along with quietness at night. However, room and bedding comfort face criticism, with issues like hard mattresses and worn-out pillows affecting sleep quality. Moreover, privacy concerns due to closely positioned rooms are noted, along with some disappointment regarding the absence of expected amenities like kettles and toiletries.
Cleanliness is another area that requires attention. While bedding cleanliness and a few hospitality aspects were positively noted, recurring concerns about general hygiene persist, including reports of dirty walls and bathrooms. Guests have expressed dissatisfaction with housekeeping standards, indicating that overall cleanliness fails to meet expectations.
In summary, QTEN CASINO thrives in offering a superbly located venue with exceptional staff service. Nevertheless, addressing areas like room comfort and hygiene standards could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
