Guests mentioned that microwaves weren't included in the rooms and that they had to pay $25 a night to rent one. Additionally, some guests were disappointed with the high parking fees, at $35 a day for valet parking and wished there was an option for self-parking instead. Some also noted that they were not aware that valet parking was the only option available when booking. Despite these extra costs, guests did mention that the valet service was included in some cases and that the resort had a lot to offer.
