However, a few guests found that the hotel charged an extra £30 per child per night on top of their payments for the family room. The hotel is conveniently located next to the motorway, making it easy to take a break during a long car journey. Some reviews mentioned that the lift was not working properly, which made it challenging for disabled individuals and elderly guests to climb several flights of stairs. Nevertheless, overall, the hotel is amazing for families and a great option for those looking for a perfect family stay.
