If you're looking for a nice family-friendly location, Newport Marriott is the perfect getaway. Despite the slightly expensive price point, it's great for family weddings on Goat Island or a Covid-safe vacation with the kids. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable and we loved everything about our stay. While it would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room, we did order a "milk and cookie" platter for our room (although we did have a slight issue with an oat allergy). Unfortunately, our teen kids were a bit disappointed with the lack of included activities for their age group and we did face some issues with limited towels and no room service. However, overall, my family loves this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
