YHA Brisbane City offers an extensive rooftop area featuring a bar, kitchen and a beautiful pool, which collectively provide an impressive view of the city’s skyline. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas is highly praised, contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained environment. Daily cleaning routines ensure that the pool remains inviting for guests, accompanied by a lovely garden enhancing the leisurely experience.
Many guests enjoyed the events hosted in the rooftop space, finding them entertaining and well-organized. The rooftop pool itself is often highlighted for its appeal and the relaxing atmosphere it creates, despite occasional critiques about the pool’s condition and periods of closure for refurbishment. The rooftop terrace, complete with comfortable seating, hammocks and a pool table, receives positive remarks for its inviting ambiance.
However, some reviews noted that the pool area could become crowded and sporadic issues with pigeons were mentioned. Additionally, while some guests appreciated the proximity to the esplanade, others felt that the pool sometimes did not match the promotional pictures.
Overall, the rooftop pool at YHA Brisbane City stands out as a significant feature, praised for providing a wonderful place to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the Brisbane skyline.
