The staff is friendly, polite and professional and the attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. The hotel is also very accommodating towards pets with beds, bowls and treats supplied for furry friends. The Lancaster House Hotel is a great place to stay for families with plenty of activities for children. The beds are superbly comfortable and guests can expect to have a great night's sleep.
