Summarized by AI
Nestled in a charming and picturesque location, Relais Il Canalicchio Country Resort & SPA offers guests an opportunity to unwind in its beautiful and well-maintained pools. The resort features two swimming pools, both of which are considered a fantastic asset by visitors. The pools are described as clean, spacious and providing stunning panoramic views, particularly the smaller pool beneath the tower which is highlighted for its breathtaking scenery.
Guests appreciate the direct access to the pools, finding the environment welcoming and tidy. In the new part of the resort, the pool area receives positive remarks for its pleasant atmosphere and good view. There are compliments towards the staff, noted for their friendliness and helpfulness, particularly mentioning Mr. Alessandro's exceptional service.
However, feedback also points out some areas for improvement, such as the cleanliness around specific pool areas and the maintenance of pool amenities, where instances of broken or missing tiles were noted. The availability of loungers and shade options also requires attention, as some guests found them insufficient despite the ample space. Overall, the beautiful pools, alongside the charming resort setting and accommodating staff, make for a delightful stay with certain areas noted for needing slight enhancements.
