The pool at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel garnered mixed reviews from its guests. On a positive note, visitors appreciated the nice view from the pool area and found it functional with usable decking and other features. The heated pool was a highlight for many and children especially enjoyed having pool access. Some guests found the pool to be in good condition and well-maintained, adding to their overall stay experience.
However, several issues were frequently noted by guests. The pool often required a prior reservation with limited usage to just one hour per day and there was an extra charge of €10 per person, which some found disappointing and costly. The pool's size was also a concern with many describing it as very small and overcrowded during peak times. Cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area were seen as average with some guests experiencing closures and limited accessibility. Additionally, the requirement to wear swim caps and use specific swimwear was an inconvenience for several visitors.
Overall, while the pool had its benefits such as a nice view and functionality, the additional costs, booking requirements and maintenance issues dampened the experience for many guests.
