The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any need. The hotel is great for families on vacation with spacious and comfortable rooms for four people and excellent breakfast options that cater to children's tastes. The beds are praised for their size, comfort and quality of bedding and pillows. Despite some small details that could be improved, the overall stay was excellent, superb and fantastic. Guests appreciated the high standards of the Radisson brand and the attention to detail that makes a difference in a five-star hotel.
