Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Harbor Self Graciosa Hotel is favorably positioned near BR 116, making it a strategic choice for travelers between the South and North of Brazil who seek a convenient stop without delving into Curitiba's city center. Its location is particularly praised for tranquility and accessibility, ideal for road-trippers, local event attendees, and those looking for a restful break.
Guests enjoy the breakfast service, appreciating the delicious and varied options that cater to different tastes and preferences, paired with excellent service. Though there are notes on limited variety and suggestions for a later schedule, breakfast is nonetheless a highlight for many guests.
Rooms at the hotel are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like cable TV, air conditioning, and reliable internet service enhancing the stay. The level of cleanliness is frequently commended, contributing positively to guest experiences. While there are minor issues, such as old bath towels or non-functional hair dryers, these do not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback regarding room comfort.
The hotel's cleanliness is consistently praised, with reviewers noting well-organized rooms and impeccable cleaning services. Some variability in maintenance, like worn linens and occasional pests, is mentioned, but the overall emphasis on high standards of cleanliness stands out.
The staff at Harbor Self Graciosa Hotel receive excellent reviews for their attentiveness and service. Their friendliness and dedication, especially during meal times, contribute significantly to a welcoming and pleasant stay. Guest interactions with the reception and kitchen teams are particularly noted for helpfulness and promptness.
Beds at the hotel are generally described as comfortable and spacious, offering a soothing sleep experience. While feedback predominantly highlights the cozy and relaxing nature of the beds and pillows, there are a few mentions of beds being too soft or sheets being somewhat small. These are considered minor issues in contrast to the overall comfort provided.
Overall, Harbor Self Graciosa Hotel is well-regarded for its strategic location, friendly staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and satisfying breakfast, creating an inviting atmosphere for travelers seeking comfort and convenience on their journey.
