The Allegria Hotel features a rooftop pool that is appreciated for its beautiful views and well-maintained area. Guests have praised the pool area for being gorgeous and lovely, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. However, several complaints have emerged regarding the pool's accessibility and management.
Visitors frequently encountered issues with limited access, as the pool often closed early due to private events or operational problems. Many were disappointed to find the pool closed or inaccessible during their stays with closures happening 2 out of 4 days for some guests. There were also comments about the pool being too crowded and the lack of sufficient staff contributing to the feeling of it being either understaffed or poorly run.
The pool itself was occasionally described as dirty, too chlorinated and smaller than expected. Some guests pointed out that it was not heated as advertised, which detracted from their experience. Furthermore, the absence of towels and food and beverage services at the pool side added to the inconveniences.
Despite these drawbacks, those who managed to enjoy the rooftop pool found it excellent and highlighted its amazing views as a standout feature. However, the operational issues and frequent closures for events have left many with mixed feelings about this otherwise attractive amenity.
