The staff, especially Rina, are amazing, accommodating and warm, making guests feel well taken care of and at home. While parking can be difficult, the organized valet service is highly recommended. The beds are comfortable and conducive to resting well, although some guests mentioned the need for an upgrade in bedding and pillows.
