The Hotel is located in a historic building dating back to 1700, in one of the most beautiful and fascinating streets of Rome, Via Margutta, a quiet street where artists and VIPs have lived.
Is the property surrounded by other historic buildings?
The area is Piazza di Spagna, close to the famous steps of Trinità dei Monti, in the heart of the city, the area called Campo Marzio is also famously nicknamed the beautiful living room of Rome, here you will find all the high fashion and big name shops.
Has restoration work taken place?
