Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Terrazas Del Mar impresses many with its exceptional location and breathtaking ocean views, making it a favored choice for visitors seeking a tranquil seaside retreat. Located near the beach and Reñaca's local attractions, guests appreciate its convenient access to both relaxation and exploration. The staff earns high marks for their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction, with special commendations for individuals like Sofia and Carol who enhance the hospitality experience.
Guests frequently highlight the delicious and substantial breakfast as a perfect start to their day, even as some suggest room for improvement regarding its variety and timing. However, the charm of the ocean-view rooms is partially overshadowed by maintenance and cleanliness issues. While comfortable beds and pleasing room lighting are noted, recurring concerns about the condition of bedding and furniture suggest a need for updates.
Cleanliness remains a significant area for improvement, with many reviewing the bathrooms and public areas as requiring better upkeep. Despite the picturesque setting, the pool also suffers from inconsistent maintenance, affecting its appeal. The beach, though stunning, is not easily accessible due to a steep staircase, which may pose challenges for some guests.
Wifi connectivity is limited to certain areas, which can be inconvenient for those needing reliable access. Despite these challenges, the beautiful environment, stunning sea views, and attentive service help create a positive overall experience at Hotel Terrazas Del Mar. The hotel's prime location and commendable staff continue to make it a popular choice, though enhancements in facilities and amenities would significantly boost guest satisfaction.
