Enzo Hotels Bulgneville Relais Routier stands out for its advantageous location, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a convenient and peaceful stopover near the highway. Its close proximity to major routes ensures easy accessibility and a tranquil environment, making it especially suitable for those on long journeys, including travelers with pets.
Guests highly commend the hotel's breakfast offerings, noting the extensive, varied buffet that caters to different tastes with fresh, high-quality items such as cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and pastries. The breakfast service is praised for its efficiency and readiness, contributing to a satisfying start to the day despite minor critiques like the lack of gluten-free options.
Dinner at the hotel earns significant praise for its quality and variety, especially the buffet which is considered hearty, varied and tasty. Guests appreciate the good value for money and the convenience of dining onsite, although the closure of the restaurant and bar on weekends can be a drawback. The staff's hospitality enhances the dining experience, making dinner a memorable aspect of the stay.
The rooms are noted for their cleanliness and functional simplicity. Family rooms particularly receive positive remarks for their spaciousness and practicality. While some rooms might appear cramped or have outdated decor, the overall feedback highlights clean, comfortable accommodations with adequate soundproofing. The recent renovations have added a modern touch and despite a few mentions of hard or worn mattresses, the beds overall are deemed comfortable.
Cleanliness across the hotel is consistently praised with guests often highlighting the neat and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. There are occasional issues with housekeeping standards, but the majority feedback confirms a clean, tidy environment.
The outstanding service provided by the staff is a recurrent theme in positive reviews. Guests appreciate the friendly, courteous and attentive staff who enhance every aspect of their stay, from check-in to dining. The team's professional and warm-hearted approach leaves a lasting impression.
However, the WiFi service receives mixed reviews with some guests experiencing poor connectivity and lack of security, indicating room for improvement in this area. On the other hand, the parking facilities are highly appreciated for their spaciousness, ease of access and security, though some minor conditions like puddles are noted.
For families, the hotel offers a great option with its spacious, quiet family rooms, suitable for larger groups and providing value for short stays. The beds, although generally comfortable, do have some feedback about issues with mattress quality and size, which could be addressed to improve the sleeping experience.
In summary, Enzo Hotels Bulgneville Relais Routier is well-regarded for its convenient location, excellent breakfast and dinner options, clean and functional rooms and exceptional staff service, making it a preferred choice for travelers on transit, including families and pet owners, despite some areas needing minor improvements.
