Visitors particularly enjoy the whirlpool feature and the heated pools, which add an extra layer of indulgence. Many reviews highlight the fantastic and very nice outdoor pool area, remarking on its cleanliness. Additionally, the availability of fresh lemonade by the pool is a delightful touch, though some guests felt that using plastic cups for this amenity was not in line with the resort's luxury standards.
Despite these positive points, some guests noted areas for improvement. The outdoor pools were occasionally described as quite dirty and there were concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance, including loose tiles on the terrace pillars. Moreover, the pool schedule, which closes at 8 pm even in the summer, was mentioned as too restrictive, limiting evening relaxation opportunities. Overall, the outdoor pool area offers a pleasant and rejuvenating experience, though attention to detail and extended hours could enhance guest satisfaction.
