Staff are friendly and helpful. However, some reviews from guests seem to have had issues such as only having shampoo and gel in a difficult-to-open sachet and just one shower cap, which is not what they would expect from a 4-star hotel. Regardless, for the most part, it seems that guests have had a pleasant stay at SBH Taro Beach Hotel.
