The proximity to charming towns like Gorey enhances the experience, making it a great base for exploring local culture and amenities.
The accommodations are spacious, clean and comfortable with modern decor and scenic balcony views being frequently praised. Similarly, dinner services, particularly in the Greenroom Restaurant and the Village Bar and Grill, are praised for their atmosphere and service, despite some complaints about wait times and portion sizes.
Cleanliness throughout the resort is generally praised, especially in the spa and rooms, though some areas like public toilets and dining tables could see improvement. Even though some guests mentioned issues with overcrowding and a need for better booking systems, the spa experience remains a top attraction.
The staff at Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort are generally perceived as friendly, helpful and professional, though a few instances of unprofessional and inefficient service were noted. The warmth and welcoming nature of the staff significantly contribute to positive guest experiences, highlighting the importance of their role in the resort's overall ambiance.
