Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Premiere Classe Boissy St Leger offers a budget-friendly stay with several notable positives, especially regarding its location and staff. Positioned conveniently close to major roads and Orly Airport, the hotel is particularly suitable for travelers with cars and those looking to stop over for a night. The staff consistently receives high praise for their friendliness, politeness and efficiency, enhancing the overall guest experience. Additionally, the parking facilities are appreciated for their security and cleanliness.
However, there are significant areas that need improvement. The rooms, while affordable, are often described as tiny, outdated and plagued by cleanliness issues such as mold, cockroaches and unpleasant odors. The furniture and fixtures frequently appear damaged or dilapidated and the bathrooms suffer from similar cleanliness and maintenance problems. Many guests have reported uncomfortable conditions, including poor bedding hygiene and insufficient room cleaning.
Breakfast at the hotel receives mixed reviews. While some guests find it decent and good value for the cost, many point out a lack of variety and freshness with items sometimes not being replenished promptly. The Wi-Fi service is also a common complaint, noted for being slow or unreliable at times.
Families might find the hotel less suitable due to safety and cleanliness concerns, despite the helpfulness of the staff and some child-friendly aspects. The beds, although occasionally described as comfortable, often have issues with thin pillows, cleanliness and maintenance.
Overall, Premiere Classe Boissy St Leger may serve as a convenient and budget-friendly option for short stays or stopovers, particularly for those who value proximity to major roads and polite staff. However, potential guests should weigh these benefits against the reported deficiencies in room quality and cleanliness.
