Crieff Hydro is a fantastic hotel located in beautiful Perthshire with friendly and accommodating staff who are always willing to go above and beyond for their guests. Throughout the hotel, staff were professional, helpful and attentive, making guests feel welcome in every area. While some guests noted that some staff members were not as friendly or trained adequately as others, the overall consensus was that the staff at Crieff Hydro were a real credit to the hotel and brand. The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were superb and the bar staff at the Meikle bar were phenomenal. While some guests suggested that the hotel could do with more staff, the staff that were present were efficient, helpful and welcoming. While communication between staff members could have been improved, the hotel itself was very clean and the amenities and options for things to do were fantastic. Overall, Crieff Hydro is an excellent option for anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere, professional staff and wonderful amenities.
