Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Eurostars Queen of Montenegro is lauded for its advantageous beachfront location, offering private access to a relatively uncrowded beach. Though it's a bit distant from Budva's center, the 10-15 minute walk is considered manageable and the surrounding area provides various dining options and attractions. The hotel's facilities, including spacious rooms with balconies, clean pools and a well-equipped gym, enhance the overall appeal despite some minor concerns like the absence of poolside food service.
The breakfast at Eurostars Queen of Montenegro receives high praise for its variety and quality, described as rich, extensive and delicious. Though some guests suggest extended hours and more warmth in certain items, the overall consensus is that the breakfast is a satisfying and diverse start to the day. Dinner experiences are more varied with guests appreciating the quality and variety but noting occasional repetitiveness and the absence of drinks included in the meal.
The rooms are appreciated for their spaciousness, cleanliness and spectacular views, despite some signs of aging and minor issues like outdated interiors and occasional maintenance concerns. The cleanliness of the hotel is a significant highlight with well-maintained common areas and daily room cleaning contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, improvements in room-specific cleaning are suggested.
The hotel staff stands out for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. Guests frequently commend the attentive and accommodating nature of the reception and general hotel staff, significantly enhancing the overall experience. Though a few isolated instances of indifference were noted, the positive interactions with the staff leave a lasting impression.
In terms of connectivity, the hotel offers strong WiFi in general areas, including the beach, but the connection in the rooms could be improved. The spa receives mixed feedback; while the massage services are highly praised, the functionality and maintenance of the facilities need attention.
The pool facilities at Eurostars Queen of Montenegro are extensive and well-maintained with guests enjoying the spaciousness and cleanliness of both indoor and outdoor pools. Additional amenities like the rooftop pool and bar service add to the relaxation experience, despite a few guests noting cooler water temperatures.
The nearby beach offers clear water and decent cleanliness, though it can become crowded during high season and the ascent via stairs may pose a challenge for some. The large and convenient parking lot is appreciated, though guests have mixed experiences with parking fees.
Finally, the beds are frequently described as comfortable and large, contributing positively to guests' sleep quality. However, a few remarks were made on bed firmness and narrowness for single sleepers.
Overall, the Eurostars Queen of Montenegro stands out as a beautiful and well-regarded hotel, delivering high-quality experiences across various aspects, though some areas like room upkeep, dinner variety and WiFi connectivity could benefit from improvements to further enhance the guest experience.
