Sapphire Beach Club Resort offers a pleasant stay and a good value for the price. It's a great place to meet up with friends and relax. The location is fair, although it could be better. However, the negative aspect is that the hotel is still undergoing construction/cleanup from the hurricane. The facility is aging and in need of renovation, but the rooms are nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working during our stay, which was a disappointment. We didn't like the smell on the balcony and the restaurant/bar closed too early. It would be great if food was included in the hotel package, as we didn't want to spend more money on meals. All in all, we had an ok time, but we would not recommend staying here until they renovate. The pictures on the website need updating, as they were taken pre-Irma and do not accurately depict the current state of the hotel.
