The AC Hotel by Marriott Stockholm Ulriksdal offers an indoor pool that has been described as clean, enjoyable and spacious. The pool temperature has been noted as pleasant by some guests, who also appreciated the addition of a nice sauna. Some found it to be a welcome facility with a few describing their experience as great. However, there are several caveats to keep in mind. Access to the pool incurs an additional charge, which has been a point of contention among many reviewers, who believe it should be included in the room price. There have also been instances of the pool being crowded, closed for repairs or not properly cleaned. Additionally, some guests have found the pool area and fitness facilities to be quite expensive. The operational hours and the condition of the pool water, sometimes reported as cold, have also raised concerns. Despite these drawbacks, the overall availability of an indoor pool and the wellness features like the sauna provide a good amenity for those willing to pay extra for the experience.

The pool at the Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel, Stockholm, A Verified Net Zero Hotel, generally receives high praise for its cleanliness and pleasant ambiance. Guests have described the pool as great, fantastic and well-maintained with many enjoying the overall experience in the pool area. The combination of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities adds to the appeal, enhancing the relaxation experience for visitors.
However, the pool is frequently noted to be very small and some guests have found it crowded at times. There is a significant drawback in that accessing the pool requires an additional fee, a point of contention for many guests who feel it should be included in the room price. This extra charge can often feel overpriced and some guests were not informed of this cost prior to arrival. Instances of hidden charges and the unexpected pool fee have been a source of disappointment.
The pool was also reported to be closed or under maintenance during some guests' stays, which was not always communicated beforehand, causing considerable inconvenience. Limited booking slots and restricted access policies have similarly led to some frustration.
Despite these challenges, guests who managed to use the pool found it to be a nice addition to their stay. The pool area’s small size did not detract from its appeal for many, who still enjoyed their time there, appreciating the well-managed and clean facilities. Overall, while the pool has a lot to offer in terms of enjoyment, clearer communication and inclusive pricing could enhance the guest experience.
