Colonial Brick Inn & Suites receives favorable reviews for its blend of convenience, comfort, and friendly service. Its prime location is consistently praised for providing easy access to a variety of stores, restaurants, and cafes. Positioned near I-81, it offers a convenient stay for travelers while maintaining a quiet and serene atmosphere. Guests value the proximity to essential services like gas stations, adding to its practical appeal.
Rooms at the inn are appreciated for their cleanliness and spaciousness, further enhanced by recent renovations. The presence of balconies and amenities such as coffee makers and bathroom heat lamps contribute to guest comfort. Staff members are frequently commended for their warm hospitality, with particular recognition given to team members like Vanessa and Chavon, who help create a guest-focused environment. This attentive service, combined with the quiet and safe surroundings, leaves guests feeling welcome and valued.
Despite occasional comments on overly firm beds and isolated areas needing maintenance, the overall experience with beds is positive, often described as comfortable. Cleanliness across the property meets guest expectations, providing a restful environment, although some decor updates could enhance the atmosphere further.
