Summarized by AI
The pool area at Hotel Puerta de Bilbao has been a focal point for many guests, receiving a mix of both glowing praise and a few criticisms. Positively, visitors frequently highlight the beautiful terrace and pool area with commendations for its clean tiles and pleasant ambiance. Families particularly appreciate the superb pool suitable for young children and the children's pool that is well maintained. The pool is often cited as a main attraction, especially during hot weather when it offers a refreshing reprieve. Many guests enjoyed the comfortable and cozy pool area, mentioning enough space to sunbathe and nice views of the pool.
A number of remarks emphasize that the pool was clean and deep enough for diving, making it an enjoyable feature of their stay. The hotel pool has been described as "very good," "great," and "amazing," with guests appreciating its utility on hot days and calling it ideal for children. The terrace area by the pool, outfitted with a bar, adds to the charm, offering a nice spot to relax.
However, some reviews pointed out that the pool was smaller than expected for the size of the hotel with a few noting its limited seating and small space. Negative feedback also mentioned occasions when the pool seemed unhygienic with water too cold or the condition rendering it unusable. The pool's availability was also a concern for some, as there were instances where it was closed or not open at times guests anticipated. Despite these mixed experiences, the pool remains a significant draw for many guests, contributing positively to their overall impression of the hotel.
