Although some guests spoke of a slight moisture smell in the halls or of old and dirty interiors, many found the hotel to be exceptional. One guest was surprised that there was no bathtub in the room, but it did not diminish their stay. However, families may want to consider other hotels as the rooms are small compared to other five-star hotels. While someone mentioned losing their glasses in the room, they sadly did not find them.
