The swimming pool at Vallée Les Etoiles garners mixed reviews from guests. A number of visitors appreciated the pool, describing it as nicely heated, pleasant and an enjoyable feature of the hotel, especially for families with children. The heated aspect was frequently praised with many noting that it was warm even in colder seasons. The indoor pool, in particular, was highlighted for its convenience and warmth.
However, there were several criticisms regarding the pool's cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests found the pool water to be cloudy or dirty and others noted that the pool area, including changing rooms, needed better upkeep. Issues like the pool being too small for the number of guests and sometimes overcrowded were also mentioned. Additionally, there were remarks about the pool being outdated and in need of renovation.
The pool's closure during some guests' stays, sometimes without prior notification, led to disappointment, especially for those who specifically chose the location for its pool facilities. Despite these drawbacks, many families found the pool to be a considerable asset, enhancing their overall experience at the resort.
